Capita PLC, a FTSE 100 company has a number of exciting opportunities to join our existing team onsite with one of our lon standing clients.

Role Purpose

To carry our previous service checks on candidates, identify at what stage in the recruiting process Candidates wishing to rejoin, re-enlist or reapply must start and whether they are eligible.

The role therefore requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail to ensure that the correct process and conditions are applied to every Candidate.

The role is based in the National Recruiting Centre (NRC) working as part of a team, of civilian and military personnel, dedicated to providing a warm, positive, and knowledgeable first impression of the Army.

Responsibilities
Administer eligibility checks for candidates using a variety of software
Treat all information is strict confidence and inline with DPA
Make correct decisions based upon set criteria
Collect and review all data in line with RPP policy
Liaise with candidate, CSMs and external agencies
Send correct instructions based upon decision
Have fully understanding and knowledge on the eligibility criteria for all re-joiners and re-enlisters, giving consistent and accurate advice to all customers.
Give an excellent impression of the Army and the RPP
