Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrator for a 7 month project with 65% workload in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate providing technical support for the Win10 PoC community. -You are responsible for
-Maintaining the ticketing database
-Helping people with new technology on-site
-Developing training material..
-Installation, support and maintenance of the application (including its configuration or customization)
-Software and hardware installations, re-installations, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations
-Support of the server environment on which the application is running including monitoring uptime, upgrades, backups, integrity checks, etc.
-Troubleshooting and resolution of lication incidents that cannot be handled by the Help Desk
-Development and on-going update of a knowledge database relating to support and maintenance issues
-Planning and implementing changes to the application as part of a structured release process (as approved by management)
