Sales Administrator

Salford

4 week contract

£9 - £10 ph

A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in Salford. You will be responsible for pro actively growing the supply chain product business whilst working within a dynamic sales team.

As well as being the first point of contact for provision of product guidelines, you will be responsible for managing customer orders to ensure they are placed and delivered within customer service level agreement. You will log all returns on the system and pro actively manage license renewals. Invoice queries will be resolved promptly and the Query Log managed, requiring breakdown of account financials. You will identify and develop up-sell opportunities across the account, and provide accurate lead times as well as updating customers on promotions and campaigns. You will attend the customer site as required for service review meetings and work on relationship building and proactive sales, as well as liaising with all internal parties to maximise consistency of processes and ensure accurate forecasting provision to senior management.

You should have good experience in a business to business sales role, preferably in the IT sector, as well as have the ability to converse with senior level customer contacts. You will have demonstrated the ability to listen and understand customer needs, and respond with urgency to resolve any customer concerns. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to balance multiple tasks to completion. You will need to be able to analyse data, manage reporting and utilise strong attention to detail to ensure that we review financial data and pro actively identify concerns in the reporting.
