Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Background as Assistant in pharmaceutical environment with excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with SAP
- Willingness to work in an international office
- Trustworthy, supportive, humorous and open-minded personality as well as very detail-oriented and working proactively
- Competence to work in a rapidly changing business environment, handling various tasks at once
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Administrating contract system uploads, tracking in Pharmaceutical SAP as well as digital archiving
- Setting up and operating the administrative arrangements in order to ensure efficient contract management
- Developing relationships with requestors and vendors as well as accomplishing contractual monitoring
- Maintaining accurate logs of issues and risks in conjunction with ensuring that actions are followed up on time
- Ensuring payments are accurate and reflect agreed performance
