ADMINISTRATOR - SOLIHULL

A Global Solutions Provider is urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administration support to the PMO and overall Programme Management Team. You will be based in Solihull.

JOB ROLE OBJECTIVE:

- Set up and update distribution list
- Add documents to SharePoint
- Maintain team calendar (holiday, meetings, etc.)
- Update team contacts details
- Assist with documents branding
- Assist with documents naming convention
- Booking meeting rooms
- Set up user guides
- Assist PMO to set up processes and controls
- Assist PMO to collect and collate data from various sources
- Maintain filing systems (invoices, etc.)
- Maintain organisation charts
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Raise purchase orders
- Provide support to Senior Project Managers via the PMO

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- SharePoint if possible not essential
- Use of JIRA (not essential)
- Ability to adapt to various tools
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
