ADMINISTRATORS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR TEMP ROLES IN FARNBOROUGH!

My client is a Leading Defence, Technology and Aerospace company and they are urgently seeking several Administrators for temporary roles in Farnborough.

Varying from 1 month to temp to perm opportunities we are looking for experienced Administrators to work within the Facilities management department.

Duties will include

- Acting as liaison between various teams, processing all work requests received through the SAP system including, dealing with customer chase calls and emails, updating SAP with progress on outstanding work orders.
- Proactive management of subcontract resource to ensure compliance to the annual plans, including tasking forms, parts and quotations.
- Finance Administration assistance including Monitoring and recording of purchase card system, Log the Purchase Order tracker with each signed tasking form, monitor accruals and update the works progress report with project managers.
-Cover for reception duties where applicable.
-Note taking duties where applicable.
- General office tasks including Filing and archiving of all works orders and projects, managing the FM Admin email account, ordering and monitoring of all office requirements, including accurate recording and inventory, and data entry into SAP system.

The successful candidate will demonstrate

- Previous experience in an Administration role.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office Suite.

PLEASE NOTE ANY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE PRIOR TO COMMENCING THE CONTRACT.
