Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Site Administrator to join our team in Bolton on a 3 month contract. As the successful candidate you will have a solid understanding of Microsoft packages and be able to carry out a variety of office based activities. You will provide an exceptional service whilst hitting the ground running, managing various workloads simultaneously.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

provide a complete administration function for the project

carry out all document controls processes, scan, image, organise and maintain documents

coordinate appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material.

ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary

complete accurate data entry on databases

type up word documents and create excel spreadsheets

take calls and forward messages when required

completing Roster and recording staff absences (Holiday/Sickness etc).

data entry from site activities.

logging equipment and maintaining a record of calibration.

general administration duties as required
