KEY REQUIREMENTS
provide a complete administration function for the project
carry out all document controls processes, scan, image, organise and maintain documents
coordinate appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material.
ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary
complete accurate data entry on databases
type up word documents and create excel spreadsheets
take calls and forward messages when required
completing Roster and recording staff absences (Holiday/Sickness etc).
data entry from site activities.
logging equipment and maintaining a record of calibration.
general administration duties as required
