£11.10 Per Hour

My client is looking to place an Accounts Administrator for their site based in Buxton, Derbyshire.

This role is to be split as follows:
3 months full time - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00
3 months part time - 3 days per week 09:00 - 15:00

The successful candidate will be required to:

Raise capital purchase order requisitions on instruction from the project management team. Ensure the correct terms and conditions are applied and the correct levels of authorisation are obtained.
Deal with suppliers queries and ensure GRN's are made at the correct time and the project accounts are kept up to date.
Track projects through to completion recording the key procedures of Safe to Operate, Close Out, Handover and Post Project Review.
Access SAP and JDE accounts and produce reports to ensure projects records are up to date and local project records match the accounts.
