JOB TITLE: Administrator

SALARY & BENEFITS: £16-18k depending on experience (pro rata)

WORKING HOURS: Full time - 37 hours per week. 3 month temporary contract

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Network and Business services work-streams Taking ownership and acting as an interface with stakeholders relating to specific processes. Supporting the Field teams to deliver against KPI'S & SLA's enabling the customers required by date to be achieved.

Key Responsibilities:- -

Complete daily whereabouts document and distribute (ensuring archived copy is kept) ad-hoc administrative tasks to include housekeeping of work team member's attendance and leave.

Print out job packs for Coordinators and Team Managers
-

Scan any job pack documents to the H drive
-

Ad-hoc administrative tasks to include housekeeping of work team member's attendance and leave.

Management of stationery orders
-

Act as an interface with the customer to provide timely and accurate updates
-

Receive ERS calls from CO and advise relevant supervisor for deployment of resource, update as required
-

Make 2hr jobs safe on FULCRUM in time
-

Scan pay sheets daily per area.
-

Manage approved E-Mails & update portal
-

Manage T6 amendments actuals against planned costs &save to portal & H Drive
-

Manage CVI's with updates from Civils Managers
-

Support for office relating to equipment ( printers, stationery, suppliers, facilities etc)
-

Support Field Managers in updating attendance, Holidays, Sickness & Training, Transport, Salary exceptions for day rate, New Starters, Risk Assessments, On call Rotas
-

Visitors, issuing passes
-

Security on site cameras
-

This is not an exhaustive list, there may be adhoc operational requirements that are to be carried out.

Invoicing Cycle (ECFC > 30 days)

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You will be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will work well as part of a team as well as under your own initiative. You will have excellent attention to detail and work well under pressure.

Key skills and experience:

Ideally you will have an understanding of Virgin Media operational structures

Ideally you will possess a knowledge of Virgin Media Works Control and Planning processes

Flexible and driven attitude

This role is subject to a satisfactory Security Clearance check. Please note this is a requirement of the role.
