Role Purpose;
Supports a team or area by managing all identified administrative processes in order that others are able to work more productively. During your contract you will be accountable for Data Mark-up's, Meetings with Client on a Face to Face or over the phone basis; you will need past experience of exceptional conflict management knowledge, Data Manipulatation along with good excel skills - access skills and visual basics. It is necessary that you have outstanding relationship and communication skills to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Key Accountabilities;
Scans all documentation into the appropriate system
Enters data and performs first level processing and analysis
Runs reports and spreadsheets from systems and provides low-level analysis
Assists with production of reports as required
Coordinates and compiles information from different sources and presents it
in a relevant format to enable others to understand and use it.
Coordinates ad hoc projects as required

Typical knowledge, experience and skills;
Experience of effectively handling administration in a fast-paced commercial
Environment
Excellent PC skills
Computer based qualification an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
