CAPITA LIFE & PENSIONS are responsible for administering approximately of 23 million policies across the UK in part through their strategic partnerships with some of the UK's leading pensions providers. MetLife Inc is a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefits, serving 90 million customers in 60 countries. Since their entrance into the UK Pensions Market in 2007, Capita have worked in partnership with MetLife to provide customer servicing and policy administration from their centre of service excellence in Belfast. It is here that Capita is looking to recruit a talented Administrator on a fixed-term basis to join their Retirement Portfolio Product Team to cover maternity leave.

Working as part of the Retirement Portfolio Product Team, duties include but are not limited to:

* Providing all aspects of documentation processing and preparation for the New Business team
* Liaising with key internal stakeholders and fund managers to build strong relationships and ensure accuracy in fund administration

The right candidate has the following experience:

. Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment, able to demonstrate an understanding of the quality standards and competencies involved
* High levels of organisation and accuracy - administration experience
* Excellent Customer Service Skills - call handling experience

* Previous experience in a financial services environment, preferably pensions is highly beneficial

Our Retirement Portfolio Administrators also demonstrate the following core abilities to a very high standard:

* Written and verbal communication skills with all levels in a corporate environment
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Very accurate organisation and time management skills with an astute attention to detail
* A professional, courteous, proactive and adaptable approach to their work

We are looking for an individual who is immediately available and free to undergo a full training programme of up to 6 weeks to ensure a full understanding of all regulations, quality standards, products and systems.

If successful at interview, candidates will be required to undergo a number of vetting and screening checks including a credit and basic criminal records check prior to training.
