My client is one of the UK's leading energy providers and they have a great contract opportunity for an Administrator based in their offices in Exeter. They are seeking candidates who come with good knowledge of business administration and experienced user of current business IT packages; word, excel and Powerpoint etc also Visio, Project and financial management skills would be highly desirable.

Any experience of working in an HR environment with ideally knowledge of occupational health and safety would be an advantage.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

- Customer orientated (eg HR Assistant,personal assistant)
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, negotiation and influencing
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills - able to interact with senior business leader
- Ability to work within strict managagement deadlines, excellent work ethic and follow through. Ability to work independently or inter-dependently
- First rate listening, grammar, numeracy, comprehension and presentation skills
