Position: Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Duration: 12 month FTC
Salary: £18,000

My international and rapidly expanding client is looking for a highly experienced Administrator to join their Retail Operations department for 12 months.

The IDEAL candidate will have a strong administration background and have experience of working with contracts. You MUST be proactive in nature and be able to use your own initiative. It is VITAL that you have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Client
My client is a leading specialist payments collection network. They are a growing business with a huge amount of ambition and are also a great place to work.

Some of the duties include:
*Renewing, updating and changing client contracts
*Liaising with retailers to chase any outstanding documents or information
*Keeping systems and databases up to date with client details and information
*Any ad hoc administration duties when required, such as filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning

You must:
*Have excellent attention to detail
*Have strong administration skills
*Be able to work to tight deadlines
*Be IT literate, as well as being able to pick new systems up quickly
