Administrator

Our client, a Renowned Broadcasting Giant are recruiting for a Deployment Administrator to undertake an initial 14 week contract from their St Albans site.

We have an opportunity for a Deployment Administrator. The role has a responsibility to provide a professional WiFi provisioning and deployment service to the business. This includes supporting customers/project and account managers for ordering connectivity services such as PSTN, Fibre and DSL services and working with various suppliers to install these services.

The role will also be dealing with exceptions and will require tenacity and perseverance is required to achieve the right result.

The role is extremely varied and will require a motivated self-starter in a challenging and moving environment. The role encompasses supplier management, customer contact, kit ordering and invoice management. A highly varied role where no two days are the same!

Ideally we are looking for:

- Provisioning experience in an ISP or Telecommunications business
- Experience in ordering fixed line broadband and telephony services
- Experience of dealing with customers/suppliers on a regular basis
- Experience working within WiFi, ISP, mobile, telecommunications or technologies related industry
- Exemplary organisation skills with strong MS Office skills especially Excel
- Financial administration skills would be an asset but are no compulsory
- Highly self-motivated and tenacious with good communication skills
- Must have a strong eye for detail.

Contract length: 14 Weeks

Rate: £13 - £14 per hour
