For our client in BASEL we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM EXPERT (50%) for a 4-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 01/09/2018 TO 31/12/2018 (4 MONTH - EXTENSION POSSIBLE)
Location: Basel
WORKLOAD: 50%
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context to assigned team.
TASKSItalian would be an asset
- Cross Cultural Experience
- Cross-unit Collaboration
- Experience as Administrative Expert and relevant additional career training
- Strong relevant experience within an international, multi-cultural, proactive environment as an Administrative Expert/team/office coordinator requiring considerable organisational skills
- Used to performing the broad range of tasks in this role description, particularly complex diary/meeting scheduling, working successfully with a diverse range of countries and teams of nationalities, backgrounds and styles
- Proven ability to multitask and deliver effectively a broad range of similar tasks; maintaining confidentiality with high levels of discretion
- Effective Communication, proactive thinking, timely decision making
- Knowledge of organization structures and working practices
