Administrative Support for Learning Management Systems (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung

- Administrative support within the learning management system
- Receiving, processing and communicating training requests to the Shared Service Center in accordance with the quality service procedures
- Gathering key information necessary for creating and following through on the learning system
- Organizing training requests
- Filing and maintaining training documentation
- Providing support for customer requests and questions
- Troubleshooting and providing suggested resolutions
- Testing of the learning management system (as a user)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables etc.)
- Experience with MS Office, QuickBase and custom reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is desirable
- Positive can-do attitude
- Attention to details
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication/prioritisation skills
- High degree of customer service (both internal and external customers)
- Excellent English
