For a project we are looking for temporary resources in
Administrative Support
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging position in addition to studying. We are looking for a flexible team player to provide administrative support to a Zurich-based, visually impaired employee.
You will work directly with the employee to complete tasks using Google office applications, and will feel comfortable in a challenging and fun working environment. When circumstances demand you will work with the Zurich admin team coordinating travel and organising fun events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and tracking budgets and other spread sheets
- Assist with preparing expense reports and creating purchase orders
- Assist with the creation and formatting of presentations
- Proofreading of content in communication drafts, as well as reading of reports, research etc.
Required skills are:
- BA/BS degree preferred or a strong academic record
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid work history, including experience as an Administrative Assistant, involving calendar management, travel scheduling and booking, expense reporting, and minuting meetings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with senior management
- A demonstrated interest and ability to learn new technologies
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
