Administrative Specialist - Paralegal

Paralegal wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in Law, alternatively Paralegal Certificate coupled with basic legal training
- Profound working experience in an administrative role, ideally in a multinational company
- Familiar with legal terminology
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German and French are a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for the independent delivery of reliable paralegal services for contracts, transactions and other projects along with informing, advising and supporting lawyers and clients on processes, guidelines and services
- Handling standard-contracts in direct contact with the business clients and supporting the NPhS Legal Counsels with commercial agreements
- Creating new standard-templates and standard commercial contracts, such as agreements and documents related to tenders and standard-templates for contract-amendments as well as updating existing ones and other information on the NPhS-Legal-SharePoint
- Drafting formal administrative documents for openings and normal operations
- Performing other paralegal-type services as well as assisting with training administrative experts and business client groups in handling basic paralegal work
