For our life science client we are currently looking for a

Administrative Specialist

Start date: ASAP
End date:31/12/2018
Location: Basel
Workload: 50%

Main tasks:

- Travel arrangements for weekly commuting;
- Meeting, calendar follow up;
- Monitoring of eTraining completion;
- Assistance in meetings;
- Assistance in specific projects;
- Independently take care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes in case of absence of the team members;
- Filing and archiving documents;
- Write minutes, following on actions from minutes to ensure that they are timely delivered;
- Ensure new team members are properly on-boarded, receive the relevant training, and have the relevant IT equipment and office related material;
- Order office supplies and filing expenses.

Ideal candidate shall bring:

- Experience in administrative function
- Experience with the above mentioned tasks
