For our well-known client in Basel we're looking for an Administrative Specialist for a 6 month project.
Role: Administrative Specialist/Expert
Location: Basel
Duration: 12.06.2017 - 31.12.2017
Workload: 4 hours per week
Responsibilities:
* placement and processing of Purchase Orders
* entering the correct grant, cost center, and product category according to the eShop catalogue
* doing the good receipts
* setting up new, or updating and extending existing vendors
Needed experience in SAP - eSHOP
