IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Prepare and maintain business area documents and publications and ensure their timely production and correct formatting
-Prepare and manage contracts for technical advisers, academics and other visitors and handle relevant logistics
-Maintain business area databases of information/contact details
-Handle all logistical aspects of management/staff meetings and events, both internal and external
-Maintain the business areas’ web pages both on the Intranet and external restricted web applications
-Handle routine office tasks, e.g. mail, calls, internal and external requests, with little supervision
-Keep colleagues’ and/or line manager’s travel arrangements in order
-Deal with budgetary matters
-Provide backup for administrative colleagues in the other business areas
-Participate, in projects that may be implemented bank-wide or in the business area
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-A-level, secretarial diploma or equivalent qualification
-Excellent communication skills in English - ability to edit texts in English essential
-Knowledge of German or another major language an advantage
-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-mail/Internet tools
-Good organisation and time management skills, accuracy, speed and attention to detail
-Ability to work in close collaboration with colleagues
-Readiness to step in at peak periods is essential
