MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General reception and administrative support
- Manage mail room and deliveries
- Order stationary materials and office supplies
- Checking invoices and managing cab charges
- Deal with queries, make bookings and assist with coordination meeting rooms
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well developed communication skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and work autonomously
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Willing to use trolleys to carry heavy items such as parcels and stationery etc
- Willing to walk around city in all weathers, drivers licence preferred as you will be working between CBD office locations.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially with Microsoft Excel for data entry, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
- NSW government experience is highly regarded
