Our client is a mid tier commercial company with operations in Melbourne city. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to support both management and contractors on an ongoing part time basis. To help the graduate accounting students get accounting practical experience to get an accounting job in future. This course is a bridging course to combine and connect theoretical knowledge in university courses and practical administrative manager skills commercial companies.

Internship for the accounting jobs can be offered after the completion of the course (condition applies)

Training time:
Date: 5/2/2014
Time: 9:00am-2:00 pm from Mon-Fri (Pre-set and Negotiable). Training time is flexible according to the students’ schedule in the batch.

Duties in this role include, but are not limited to:

Receiving, processing, and directing mail.
The meeting and greeting, and incoming calls.
Phone and switch board management.
Creating/formatting documents
Complex diary management
Coordination of Senior Executive meetings
Maintenance of systems, procedures and controls
General administrative support and correspondence
Data Entry as required into various different systems.
Internal management of conferences and meetings.

The successful candidate will have an energetic and motivated personality. They will be working in a fantastic team environment with an excellent opportunity to move into a permanent full time role.
