Administrative Expert (80%) wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Previous working experience in a similar administrative role preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Ability of independently writing correspondences and preparing of drafts for a presentation or a table after basic instructions
- Experience with database administration and process supervision, eg: target/actual comparisons, budget, checking of invoices, set up of statistics with a template, deputizing for administrative staff, meeting preparation and writing of simple minutes
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Directing the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Supporting optimization of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes
- Acting as a team member for administrative projects and managing the administrative part of special tasks
- Being responsible of general administrative tasks and maintaining the administrative processes in case of absence of the line manager/team members
