Four our life-science client in Basel we are looking for motivated Adminsiterative Specialist supporting the Social Media Hub.

Main Tasks:

- General administrative support: independently takes care of general administrative tasks like logistics and facility management.
- HR related duties in assisting the team.
- Act as facilitator for entire team, clients and ocassionally guests for day-by-day requests, ensuring that team has access to information and is well prepared.
- Performance of smaller projects that are assigned per initiative (eg processes).
- Schedule arranging and assistance to the Head of Relationship Management and Head of Solutions Administer the Social Media Hub's travel arragements and other facility management for the team.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects to expedite work results.
