IHRE AUFGABEN:
-As an Executive Assistant/Team Assistant you will work effectively within the GDC Admin Team and provide administrative support to all within the department, e.g. Research Investigators and Associates
-Support both the Admin team as well as the leadership team
-Schedule and organize internal and external meetings (ensure date coordination, send invitations, book meeting rooms, order catering, distribute agenda and handout)
-Schedule videoconferences, teleconferences, telepresence
-Organize travels (flight, accommodation, visa)
-Handle travel expenses, take care of invoices
-Organize visitor’s programs and candidate interviews
-Give general administrative support and support general project (i.e. newsletters, social events, etc.)
-Manage calendar(s) independently and efficiently
-Compile data and manage specific data bases
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial training (e.g. Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or other specific qualification with administrative skills and experience is mandatory
-Profound experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
-Track record of working successfully within a team (sharing tasks, information and knowledge with other team members)
-Very good IT skills, particularly software such as Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, OneNote and other business software applications (RDS prime, SharePoint); hardware such as teleconferencing, videoconferencing, beamers
-Experienced working in an international environment with a diversity of nationalities
-Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
-Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
