For our pharmaceutical client in Basel we are looking for a:

Administrative Expert

* Office management, general administrative support (eg travel planning, including visa and logistics, calendar management, organization of meetings/TC/VC/live meetings/Adobe connect, expenses, presentations, correspondence). E-shop ordering (placing/controlling purchase orders). Assume responsibility for monthly EGM and monthly HR meeting (agenda preparation/pre-reads/minutes & follow up). Database administration. Team on/off boarding of new hires/leaves. Designated deputy to one of the Admin Experts. Event management as needed (eg preparation of LDA Leadership Development Achievement every 2 years) and external meeting coordination for Alliance Strategy & BD&L activities. Daily business communication in English. German is advantageous
