For our client in BASEL we are looking for and ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERT (50%) for a 13-MONTH project.
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERT (50%)
DURATION: 2017-12-01 TILL 2018-12-31
LOCATION: BASEL
WORKLOAD: 50%
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Office management, general administrative support (eg travel planning, including visa and logistics, calendar management, organization of meetings/TC/VC/live meetings/Adobe connect, expenses, presentations, correspondence)
. E-shop ordering (placing/controlling purchase orders)
. Assume responsibility for monthly EGM and monthly HR meeting (agenda preparation/pre-reads/minutes & follow up)
. Database administration
. Team on/off boarding of new hires/leaves
. Designated deputy to one of the Admin Experts
. Event management as needed (eg preparation of LDA Leadership Development Achievement every 2 years) and external meeting coordination for Alliance Strategy & BD&L activities
. Daily business communication in English. German is advantageous
REQUIREMENTS:
. very experienced and professional, with several years of experience in a similar role
. reliable and pro-active
. resilient and flexible
. someone who can take decisions and work independently
. readiness of mind
. a team player who is also able to help and support in hectic times
. someone who is quickly responsive
. Solution oriented
. English language a must
. Technical skills (eg very good knowledge of skype for business meetings/Adobe connect etc)
. not only team assistant
. Background as Director's Assistant or Executive's Assistant or Assistant to Management is needed
