Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Graduation of Business School or Commercial School
- Extensive experience with administrative and coordination tasks
- Background as an Administrative Expert or Executive Assistant with PA experience is a big plus
- Flexible and solution-oriented approach
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Handling complex administrative and organizational assignments independently along with taking care of general administrative tasks, such as calendar management for the Global Head External Communications, Head Communications Switzerland & Strategy Development
- Fulfilling project and event administration, including supporting the team in event management logistics while taking on independent logistics management for internal and external meetings and events, for example international meetings with external PR Agencies, media and journalists
- Assisting in scheduling individual and team milestones, such as year-end discussions, objective setting as well as supporting training registration for team members
- Interviewing and ensuring on-boarding of new staff including familiarization with systems, setting up hardware and Workstation as well as get acquainted with and maintain Sharepoint sites for the department
- Collaborating with the Corporate Finance and Control Manager to manage and keep track of Purchase Orders and overall Budget coupled with team travel management and expenses
