Administrative Expert with profound Legal knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial Training or equivalent with outstanding administrative skills, University Degree is preferred
- Several years of experience working as an Administrative Expert or similar with additional training in Legal
- Proficiency in job relevant software and hardware like beamer and teleconferencing equipment
- Excellent communication and organization skills in addition to a structured and independent working routine
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken, additional language knowledge is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Being in charge of complex administrative and organizational assignments independently along with providing additional basic admin support to global Procurement Legal team members
- Managing calendar and emails of Head Legal Procurement to ensure proper prioritization of tasks as well as organizing travel/itineraries/expense reporting
- Planning and supporting Procurement Legal meetings, calls or offsite events including agenda preparation, venue setting and preparation, minute taking and actions follow up
- Informing and supporting the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department as well as acting as professional partner during interactions with partners
- Assisting the Procurement Legal Project Manager through coordination/management of project support activities such as tracking, monitoring, data collection, etc.
