Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role, experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
- Expertise in general administrative support and calendar management, as well as superior organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the department
- Very good and up-to-date knowledge of MS Office including SharePoint and Outlook
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, good German knowledge would be a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating appointments for the department as well as being in charge of database administration, budgeting, checking of invoices and meeting preparation
- Taking responsibility of the Calendar management along with replying to correspondence and filing documents
- Independently taking care of general administrative tasks
- Organizing interviews for new candidates and coordinating on-boarding of new staff
- Informing and advising team members and associates from outside of the team on guidelines, services and processes that are specific to the department
