Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial Training or equivalent with excellent administrative skills
- Working experience as an Administrative Specialist or similar
- High customer oriented approach with focus on providing good service
- High communications skills with independent working routine
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, knowledge in French is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking care of general administrative tasks and maintaining the administrative processes
- Supervising target/actual comparisons and budget, checking and assigning invoices, opening all purchase orders and tracking them individually
- Acting as a team member for administrative projects and managing the administrative part of various tasks
- Providing a "good start" for new employees and supervising colleagues in the administrative area
- Assisting in the optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
