Your experience/skills: Commercial education or similar good level of academic achievement together with excellent administrative skills Proven track record as a team assistant within an international environment Solid computer skills such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and hardware skills such as teleconferencing and videoconferencing Capability to work with a diverse set of nationalities, backgrounds and styles as well as excellent interpersonal skills Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, as well as dvanced / intermediate German Your tasks: Checking & actioning invoices, filing, meeting agendas and scheduling recruitment interview Onboarding new hires, arranging welcome package, introduction meetings, ordering office/IT equipment Managing Excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint presentations Introducing process improvement and new process introduction and managing expenses Scheduling international travel as well as on and off site team meetings / events and workshops Start: ASAP Duration: 18MM++ Location: Basel, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 9806 Does that sound interesting?
