Administrative Expert wanted for one of our clients in the pharma industry located in Basel.
Your experience/skills:
- Commercial education or similar together with excellent administrative skills
- Proven track record as "Administrative Specialist" or equivalent working experience
- Solid computer skills such as Word and PowerPoint
- Capability to liaise with all levels of internal management, staff and outside vendors as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the general administration including overseeing organizational tasks and maintaining the administrative processes
- Managing budget along with interacting with FRA and other relevant functions
- Backing of special projects including organizing meetings, keeping minutes and preparing presentations
- Ensuring a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees together with training, onboarding material and meetings
- Briefing and supporting the team and associates on processes, guidelines and services
