Administrative Expert wanted for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry located in Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial education or similar good level of academic achievement together with excellent administrative skills
- Proven track record as a team assistant within an international environment
- Solid computer skills such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and hardware skills such as teleconferencing and videoconferencing
- Capability to work with a diverse set of nationalities, backgrounds and styles as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, as well as dvanced/intermediate German
YOUR TASKS:
- Checking & actioning invoices, filing, meeting agendas and scheduling recruitment interview
- Onboarding new hires, arranging welcome package, introduction meetings, ordering office/IT equipment
- Managing Excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Introducing process improvement and new process introduction and managing expenses
- Scheduling international travel as well as on and off-site team meetings/events and workshops
