Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Administrative/Event support assistant to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.

The successful candidate will have previous banking experience as well as the following skills:

Excellent attention to detail, self-starter, highly organised, proactive, excellent communication
Person will be involved in 2 key areas:

1)To support the end to end Critical Skills assessment process by
. Scheduling assessments and ensuring the key participants are prepared ahead of each assessment
Managing actions arising from assessments to ensure completion
Maintaining a completion report of assessments

2)To provide events supports on key engagement activities ie Technology CIO's staff events, long service events
Manage event logistics
Manage attendee logistics
Maintain delivery plans

Please note only candidates with previous banking experience can be considered for this role.
