What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinates administrative activities for a particular function, which may include project management, financial/budget reporting and data entry.
- Develops consistent and replicable process and delivery standards including the development of proposal, report and presentation standards
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High school or equivalent diploma and a minimum of two to five (2-5) years related work experience.
- High level of proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word and other desktop publishing software packages.
- Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
- Strong communications skills required to work directly with sales personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a finance or accounting environment would be a plus
