ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Knowledge of office procedures and office practices
- Computer literate
- Good written and verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Contact financial institutions for information gathering and document follow up
- Ensure printers in print rooms are stocked with blank stock and forms
- Identify packets that require printing
- Prepare documents for mailing
- Place appropriate stickers in correct locations on forms
- Complete key envelope
- Label necessary forms with claim numbers
- Label return envelope appropriately
- Stamp POA or signing instruction sheet with "Notary Required"
- Complete necessary overnight packages
- Place packages in US mail bin

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 or more years of clerical, office and secretarial experience in a mid-to large company
- Knowledge of office procedures and office practices
- Computer literate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in developing effective relationships, communication skills, managing expectations in a fast paced organization
