Administrative Coordinator 60% wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- High School Diploma is a minimum requirement for this role
- 3+ years' working experience in administrative support position
- Very good knowledge and solid implementation of MS Office tools
- Proficient organisational skills and competency of determining priorities
- Working experience in international environment
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating sponsorship agreements with healthcare organisations as well as ongoing processes for the team
- Proceeding engagement of Health Care Professionals for fee for services contracts
- Reviewing reportable transfers of values to HCP and HCO and managing the administrative aspects of relationships with HCP and HCO
- Participating in special projects such as support to multichannel/VBHC manager, automation of aforementioned processes
- Organising functional processes such as invoicing and payments related to aforementioned processes
