Administrative Coordinator wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' working experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Expertise in using MS Office tools
- Knowledge of business area supporting such as safety, sales, customer service, etc.
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating and organising international congresses and meetings as well as staff trips
- Supporting product manager and sales force in all needs
- Coordinating accounting processes such as invoicing and payments, creating purchase orders and opening vendors
- Supporting on-boarding of new hires by providing guidance, orientation and training
- Preparing agendas as well as organising committee meeting minutes
- Processing individual 3rd party sponsorships
