For our client in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basel we are looking for an experienced:

ADMINSTRATIVE EXPERT with focus on pharma communication

Main tasks:

- Manage travel, expense reports, meeting and calendar
- Help manage overall PC&PA communications budget including opening POs, booking Goods Receipt, establish new vendors in system, etc. Also handles Health Care Journalist POs and contracts
- Complete expense reports and coordinate large group meetings
- Update and maintain distribution lists for communications, handle onboarding for all new PC&PA Basel team members (desk, phone, etc.) for Basel-based PC&PA team
- Other administrative tasks as required
