Administrative Billing Specialist

Connect44 are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with 1 - 3 years experience preferable in a billing/finance administrative position in Switzerland.

The role would start 1st November and offers an initial 3 month contract with strong extension possibilities.

DESCRIPTION:

- Monitor the delivery progress for specific projects.
- Collect and/or drive the relevant colleague to provide billing supporting document.
- Check the document completeness and upload them on system.
- Review the documents and judge whether the prerequisite of billing trigger has been satisfied. If no error is found, submit the billing trigger request to project manager/billing manager.
- Submit revenue trigger request on system.
- Print the invoices and send them to the customer.
- Trace the invoice status and solve the disputes between company and customer.
- Maintenance the billing schedule in system according to project progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Commercial apprenticeship concluded in Switzerland or Bachelor's Degree
- More than 1 year of work experience (preferred multinational company)
- Basic experience in billing process/finance administration activities is preferred
- Excellence coordination skills
- Daily use of all Office applications
- Fluency in English. German and/or Chinese Mandarin is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility
