What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in all aspects of learning and development. Tasks include preparing presentations, updating and maintaining project status reports and schedules, scheduling training, locating and reserving training rooms, ordering training supplies and refreshments and any other requirement for running a training program.
- Maintain training records, training calendars, registration announcements, and monthly updates.
- Assist in receiving credit for training initiatives from respective state and government agencies that provide such credits and report status against financial objectives.
- Assist with updating, organizing, and maintaining training materials such as: instructor guides, student materials, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide support for LMS (Learning Management System) such as running compliance reports, entering new hires, and providing general support.
- Ensure online tracking of all training and learning events in the client LMS.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- HS diploma-Associates Degree is a plus.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar Admin or Learning & Development role.
- Job requires strong computer skills. Proficiency needed with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
- Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.
