ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART TIME) needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with a client located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Strong communication
- Microsoft Office
- Time Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Tracking budgets and maintaining POs.
- Coordinating/planning meetings and activities.
- Compiling newsletters (others to provide the content).
- Website updates (no specialized knowledge needed).
- Creating metrics from templates.
- Responding to email where answers are known, or seeking answers if topic is unclear.
- Soliciting feedback for on-boarding experience, gathering causal data, and trending results in order to build consensus to improve on-boarding experience over time

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous administrative support experience.
- Experience in the basic tools - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
