part time Administrative Assistant - London - ASAP start

A major Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant (part time) to join the Equities division.

Hours of work: Wednesday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

Key Skills required for an Administrative Assistant (part time):

*Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
*Good punctuality and time-management skills
*Previous experience of working in a Banking and/or Financial Services organisation or equivalent
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
*Well developed interpersonal skills

Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant (part time):

*Booking travel and processing expenses
*Organising external Company management presentations
*Administrative support with IPO processes
*Log IT issues and set up new starters and interns
*Ensuring client information is kept up to date on the internal system
