My major Investment Banking client based in London is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant (part time) to join their IT team.

Key Skills for Administrative Assistant (part time):

*Ideally worked in a Banking or Financial Services organisation previously
*Excellent time and priority management
*Good stakeholder management background
*Experience within a business support function
*Proven skills on MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
*MUST have diary management skills
*All candidates must be highly organised.

The role:

*Provide administrative support to a team of approximately 70.
*Managing expense reports and travel arrangements.
*Diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support.
*Advanced administrative and analytical skills
*Composing, signing and releasing correspondence
