My blue chip client are looking for a recent graduate who is looking for office work to join them in the capacity of administrative assistant/administration support.Duties and Responsibilities: Operating within a Matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Comp & Ben, HR Country Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to provide an administrative service to all areas.

Key activities are: Maintain and keep local files up to date. Responsible for raising purchase orders for benefit related costs and working with the wider PO team.

Benefit administration:
Keep track of changes in relevant databases, filing. Member of the HR Compensation and Benefits Team. Being integrated into the workflow of the HR Cops Team . Supporting the EMEA HR Comp & Ben Mgr as well as the HR Cops for the UK. Taking responsibility for certain administrative aspects for Comp & Ben in EMEA. Responsible for supporting country specific operational and administrative activities. Act as interface for some local T&C's providers. Preparation of reports, booking of rooms for meetings. Possible point of contact for managers and local employees on T&C's issues. Any additional Ad hoc duties commensurate with the role. Data reporting.

Experience and Personal Skills:
Administrative skills, data handling and reporting. Fluent in English - both spoken and business written. Solid experience with MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic. Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines, working for a large number of managers, with limited direct supervision. Focus on details but capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details. Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled. Self sufficient, independent, pro-active and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment. Admin experience in an HR office would be ideal.
