THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experience providing administrative support to three very busy Directors (Sr. Director, and two Directors) in with day-to-day operational needs
- Schedule and manage busy Outlook calendar, domestic and international travel arrangements
- At least three (3) years of experience in a Department Administrative role
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products, WebEx, Box, Concur Expense Management
- Global awareness of time zones, culture, and logistics
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide administrative and project management support
- Interact daily with high level executive staff and other Department/Executive Assistants across company as well as with sister companies; both domestically and globally on various matters
- Arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel, accommodations, and all trip logistics
- Prepare and organize frequent on-site and off-site meeting logistics and presentation materials
- Complete expense reports for domestic and international travel
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain office supplies inventory for the team; place and expedite orders for supplies when necessary
- Ensure operation of equipment through collaboration with IT; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs; evaluate needs of new equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with internal department leads and provide support at company events including onsite first party game launch parties, E3, DPS, PSX, and more
- Maintain and develop necessary processes and procedures for product development while coordinating with all other business units to ensure company-wide policies are adhered to
- Invoice Processing/Tracking, Purchase Requisitions, Set-Up New Vendors, Shipping/Receiving products
- Follow-up with other departments including Finance, Legal, etc. on various administrative tasks
- Assist with various projects as necessary
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Multi-task and work on many projects simultaneously; deadline driven
- Candidates should exhibit superior organizational, leadership, professional, and social skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and adopt new technology quickly
- Interest in video games
- Preferred background in Business Management/Marketing, but not required
