IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage Outlook calendar of assigned Line Function Manager(s); organization of business trips, booking of hotels and flights, obtaining visas, processing of travel expense claims through Concur
-Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings and conferences, videoconferences, teleconferences, in Basel as well as at other locations globally
-Creation of SharePoints and support implementation of improved workflows; assume role as SharePoint technical owner and keep SharePoint sites up-to-date, manage access authorization and sub-sites
-Create purchase orders via SRM (SAP system) and order organizational material, licenses, IT-equipment, office equipment and office supplies
-Assist in hiring and manage on-boarding process of internal and external staff members, prepare regular hiring updates/org-chart updates
-Handling of administrative projects (tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations)
-Act as a team member for administrative projects and manage the administrative part of special tasks
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-College degree or similar
-Demonstrated experience in a similar position is desired
-Strong IT skills, power-user of Microsoft products and comprehensive knowledge of other common business systems
-Flexibility to adapt to and work in a fast moving and international environment spanning nine time zones
-Energetic, proactive, forward-looking and highly service-minded
-Team player, task oriented and keen on working in a cross-cultural working environment
-Fluency in English is mandatory, business level German is very beneficial
