ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/LABEL EDITOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glen Mills, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Candidate will need to be proficient in InDesign - graphic arts software.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Good oral and written communications skills are critical.
- A degree (Associates/Bachelors) in Graphic Arts/Design is required

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create new labels as directed by Product Specialist issued by Product Group platform managers and product specialists.
- Act as technical resources for the printing needs of the business when creating new labels to advise on the most efficient and cost-effective way to set up labels for final output.
- Work with Marketing on in-house trade dress designs and assist ad agencies in setting up label designs that comply with regulatory and branding specifications.
- Maintain electronic label files on an offsite server. Electronic file maintenance involves: Backing up all modified files on a daily basis.
- Ensuring that all electronic files are stored in the correct areas on the server.
- Maintain in a separate area on the server all label files that are needed by the toll vendors.
- Maintain hard-copy label files on site.
- Move hard copy labels to Records Management site when they are discontinued.
- Maintain records and metrics on hard-copy labels moved off site to Records Management.
- Confer directly with printing companies regarding the job specifications for label files; also determine best method for transfer of electronic files to toll printers.
- Develop new work flow processes on a continuing basis to suit changing needs of the RSCs, manufacturing sites and jobbers.
- Work in corporate data bases SAP, TIPS, and SharePoint Images library
- Maintain metrics for low-quantity bulk labels that are sent daily to a Xerox printer

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Candidate will need to be proficient in InDesign - graphic arts software.

- A degree (Associates/Bachelors) in Graphic Arts/Design is required

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with Outlook and Office 365 is desirable.
- Knowledge of Quark or Quark Express is a plus
